Calling all mountain users, this is the place for you! Whether you’re enduro biking, camping, skiing, snowmobiling or looking for a retreat with your special loved one, Boulder Mountain Resort can offer the perfect lodging experience year-round. Our eight-person production crew stayed in their Boulder Suite as well as their one- and two- bedroom units this past January. As snowmobilers, Boulder Mountain Resort checked all of the boxes on our needs. The parking lot was spacious for our 40’ trailer, the drying room was a sledder’s dream and ensured our gear was dry for the following day, the steam showers were an unexpected treat and being right on the trailhead to the mountain was the cherry on top. Boondock Nation highly recommends Boulder Mountain Resort and cannot wait to go back.
When you’re ready for a stay of a lifetime, head over to Bison Lodge! We were blown away with the staff and accommodations. We received mimosas upon arrival, the professional Chef J.P. was amazing, there’s a beautiful rock wall fireplace, they had Mt. Begbie beer and Blasted Church wine on tap and there was an on-call massage therapist. How could you not feel like you’re on top of the world (or in this case on top of the mountain)?! We can see why this would not only be a dream lodging destination for skiers, but also snowmobilers. You’re just minutes away from accessing the most incredible backcountry by sled. We were also able to utilize their heli-pad and Bison’s concierge service made the process seamless. Their spacious heated garage has an impressive drying room for gear. Steam showers, hot tub and a sauna take away the day’s stress. Our favorite part was the tailored meals from Chef J.P. They were out of this world. When you want to go big, go to Revelstoke’s Bison Lodge.

The best part is you get all of these perks and more without breaking the bank. Trailer parking is a huge deal for us and Kodiak Mountain Resort has an easy come and go flow to their parking area. The resort is also conveniently located just minutes from a variety of trailheads, groceries, and the World’s Largest Antler Arch. Stay at the resort for a trip with your buddies in the winter, then bring your family for a summertime visit to experience hot air balloon rides, The Bear Pit and their new spa.
